For Employers

Invest in your talent pipeline and strengthen your organisation with proven professional development that delivers measurable results.

Are you unsure of your core values and find it challenging to make decisions aligned with them?

Do you struggle to set boundaries or say "no", even when it's necessary for your own well-being and goals?

Do difficult people at work drain your energy and undermine your confidence?

Does overthinking past situations and conversations often hold you back and prevent you from moving forward?

The Building Confidence & Resilience at Work (& Life) Workshop will help you overcome common workplace (and life) struggles that women face.

Topics we’ll cover

  • Mindset and Identity

Tired of feeling like you're on autopilot? Ready to take charge and steer your life in the direction YOU want to go? This session will equip you with the tools to break free from negativity and self-doubt and harness the power of your mind to achieve your goals. In this session you’ll discover how to:

Master your mindset: Shift your perspective and take control of your thoughts and reactions.

Build a powerful personal brand: Identify your core values and what truly matters to you.

Embrace vision and decisiveness as your secret weapons: Learn how to create a plan and be decisive in going after what you want.

  • Dealing with Difficult People and Conflict

Are difficult people constantly draining your energy at work and stopping you from achieving your goals? This session will teach you practical strategies to identify and manage different types of difficult people, set boundaries, and take control of your emotions in uncomfortable situations. You’ll learn how to:

Manage difficult people: Learn effective strategies to deal with various challenging personalities.

Shift your perspective on conflict: Discover how to differentiate between genuine conflict and mere discomfort, and respond effectively without escalating the situation.

Build resilience and confidence: The more you practice handling difficult people, the less they'll impact you, boosting your confidence and ability to navigate any workplace.

  • Assertiveness, Boundaries and Saying NO

Done with people-pleasing and feeling overwhelmed? This module empowers you to take control and prioritise your needs. Learn how to:

Stand up for yourself: Be assertive without being aggressive, and build the confidence to say "no" when needed.

Set healthy boundaries: Learn how to establish and maintain clear boundaries to protect your time, energy, and self-respect.

Drop the deadweight syndromes (Imposter, FOMO, people pleasing, saying sorry): Tackle the dangers of succumbing to the fear of missing out and the need to please everyone, and focus on what truly matters.

Say No Without Saying "No": Master the art of declining requests gracefully and effectively while preserving relationships.

  • Learn and Let Go (Self Evaluation and Growth)

Do you suffer from overthinking situations long after they’ve passed? Transform that overthinking into a powerful tool for personal growth. This session will show you how to:

Turn reflection into action: Shift from unproductive overthinking to constructive self-evaluation.

Embrace self-assessment: Regularly evaluate your experiences to reveal valuable insights and accelerate your learning.

Mentally rehearse for future success: Practice new responses to past scenarios, building confidence and preparedness.

Cultivate self-compassion: Learn to forgive yourself, let go of regrets, and move forward with a positive mindset.

  • Amanda was my mentor for a year and helped me obtain a promotion from Associate Director to Director. She helped me realise what was holding me back. She helped me with strategies to overcome those barriers. She knows the language of business, and what leaders are looking for when making decisions about promotion. She was honest with me, and gave me a good kick up the backside, but was not harsh or unkind. She’s hilarious and made each session lots of fun.

  • As an introvert working on building up my confidence and networking skills, it was really encouraging to hear my introverted nature (which I generally feel quite negatively about, as behaviours that hold me back) being spoken about in a more positive and validating light. I hope to cross paths again soon.
